Dubai Wedding Symposium 2024

In February 2024, the Dubai Wedding Symposium (DWS2024) took place in Dubai, and our wedding agency NM Events was invited to this event.
We have specialized in organizing weddings abroad for over 12 years, and our expertise was highly commended by the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism. Thank you for your trust!
While in Dubai, we inspected numerous wedding venues to select the very best for our clients.
We considered every nuance: location, styling, capacity, availability of necessary services, and much more.

Now, let me tell you how it all went at DWS2024.
On the first day, we were taken to the desert, and this was the first location for weddings in Dubai. You'll agree that the idea of a "Desert Wedding" sounds intriguing on its own. All organizers had a Boho-chic dress code, and it was an incredible welcome dinner in the desert with an entertainment program.
Sun, a beautiful desert location, decor, photo zones, and entertainment activities such as: a perfume bar, a mehndi (henna) art station, traditional musicians, a 360° video selfie booth, a bar, swings, lounge areas, and for dinner – a performance by a belly dancer, a fire show, and unrestrained dancing.
It's always difficult to impress organizers, but here everything was top-notch: service, food, entertainment program. Bravo!

On the second day of DWS2024, an educational conference was held for wedding planners from around the world (approximately 100 planners from different countries). The conference featured lectures on marketing, artificial intelligence, and included a panel discussion on destination weddings, the specifics of hosting weddings in Dubai, and many other topics related to organizing weddings abroad and in Dubai.
Following this, we had meetings with representatives from various venues. We got to meet them in person and explored all the possible options for hosting weddings in Dubai.
And of course, we conducted an inspection of some of Dubai's best wedding venues. The evening featured a dinner and a White Party, a tasting of dishes, networking with fellow planners, and an entertainment program.
Each evening was themed and held at a new hotel, perfectly arranged for us to experience the venue in the context of an event.

On the final third day of DWS2024, we headed to the island where the hotel is located. This was followed by a tour of the venues for weddings and events, lunch, and then we went to see more hotels in the city.

In the evening, a grand Gala Dinner was held at the Armani Hotel with views of the Burj Khalifa and the dancing fountains. Luxurious decor and florals, a beautiful location for luxury weddings. We were absolutely thrilled with the level of the event!
